Baker
The Biscotti Company is looking for a full-time Baker to join our bakery team.
We are looking for someone dependable, organized, hands-on, and ready to grow with the company. This is not just a baking position. This person will help lead the day-to-day bakery flow, mentor when needed, and help make sure production gets done correctly, efficiently, and with care.
We want someone with an extra skip in their step. Someone who communicates well, works with urgency, stays calm when things change, and understands that a bakery does not always go exactly according to plan.
Responsibilities
- Prep and weigh ingredients accurately
- Mix biscotti dough according to company recipes
- Weigh, shape, and tray biscotti
- Bake, cut, and pack biscotti
- Maintain quality, consistency, and cleanliness
- Help lead the bakery team during daily production
- Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members
- Teach and correct team members when needed
- Adapt quickly when production needs change
- Keep the bakery moving in a calm, organized, professional way
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards
What We’re Looking For
- Bakery or food production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Unpaid meal break
- In-person position
Pay: $18.00 – $22.50 per hour
