Responsibilities
– Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries
– Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
– Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bake program
– Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs
Experience
– Previous experience working as a Baker in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred
– Strong knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
