Duties:
Following recipes and procedures
Work under our Head Chef and with our creative team
Mixing and baking cakes, cupcakes, and desserts
Creating and flavoring buttercreams and fillings
Keeping track of inventory
Maintaining and cleaning kitchen equipment and environment
Participating in dish-washing as necessary
Participating in daily cleaning of all areas
Qualifications
Previous experience in similar position or high level of related training/ schooling
Ability to communicate efficiently and maintain good working relations
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to special or unexpected situations
Ability to learn new skills from an experienced staff
Strive to advance skills and knowledge
