We are looking for a reliable and motivated Baker to join our team. At Tim Hortons, our bakers are responsible for preparing the fresh donuts, muffins, cookies, and baked goods our guests enjoy every day.
If you enjoy working independently, take pride in producing high-quality food, and like starting your day early, this is a great role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and bake donuts, muffins, cookies, and other baked goods following Tim Hortons standards
- Finish and decorate donuts and specialty products
- Follow daily production charts to ensure fresh product is always available
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe baking area
- Monitor product quality and freshness
- Rotate and stock products as needed
- Support the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual team members
- Ability to work early morning shifts (bakery shifts typically start very early)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Baking or kitchen experience is an asset, but we will train the right person
