Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and the ability to create a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pies, and confections, as well as making sauces and icings.
Key Responsibilities:
Bake a variety of cakes, pies, and other baked goods according to recipes and customer specifications.
Prepare and apply a variety of sauces and icings to enhance the flavor and appearance of our confections.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Ensure all baked goods are prepared in a timely manner and meet our high standards of quality.
Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of baking techniques and recipes.
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Excellent time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and creativity in baking and decorating.
Team player with a positive attitude.
