Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Japanese Cheesecake Baker who is skilled in crafting light, fluffy, and delicious Japanese cheesecakes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking, with a focus on Japanese-style desserts. You will be responsible for preparing and baking cheesecakes, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency, and ensuring a delightful experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake Japanese cheesecakes following traditional recipes and techniques.
Ensure the highest quality and consistency in every cheesecake.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the team to develop new and innovative cheesecake flavors.
Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries about our products.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a baker, with a focus on Japanese cheesecakes.
Knowledge of traditional Japanese baking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $16.55-$19.00 per hour
