Breen’s Deli & Bakery has proudly served the community since 1979, and we’re looking to add an experienced baker to our growing team.
We are seeking a motivated and reliable full-time baker with experience in bread production, pastries, and commercial baking operations. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality, consistency, and working in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake breads, buns, pastries, cookies, muffins, and baked goods
- Assist with dough preparation, proofing, baking, and finishing
- Maintain product quality and consistency
- Follow production schedules and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Work efficiently with the kitchen and bakery team
Qualifications
- Professional baking experience required
- Experience with bread production and pastry work preferred
- Ability to work early mornings
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and dependable
