Key Responsibilities
- Install automotive window tint on a wide range of vehicles.
- Apply paint protection film (full front, partial and full vehicle applications).
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before and after installation, identifying and addressing any potential issues to ensure optimal application.
- Handle all customer vehicles with care, ensuring they are returned in the same or better condition than when received.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and in optimal condition.
- Adhere to project deadlines, completing installations efficiently while maintaining the highest level of precision and craftsmanship.
- Collaborate closely with team members to maintain workflow efficiency, uphold service expectations, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in window tint installation. Ability to hand-cut and/or work with pre-cut kits
- 3+ years of PPF installation experience
- Experience with automotive detailing, vinyl wrapping, ceramic coatings, or other vehicle surface protection services or a related field preferred but not required.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise application.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability when working on different vehicle surfaces and body styles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with fellow technicians and service advisors.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects while maintaining a team-first mindset.
Pay: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour
