What You’ll Do – Service Manager
As the General Service Manager you are overseeing an independent automotive repair shop which has the following job responsibilities.
- Managing day-to-day operations, workflow and production.
- Leading, mentoring and fostering a high-performing team of technicians and possible future advisors.
- Driving sales and profitability while maintaining our strict commitment to ethical, transparent service.
- Ensuring client’s receive an exceptional experience that keeps our Longmont community coming back .
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership or management experience (automotive industry strongly preferred, but high-level retail/service management translates pretty good.)
- A problem-solver who thrives on structure but can adapt to the daily curveballs of an independent repair shop.
- Strong communication skills and a high level of integrity.
