Full job description
Service Assistant is a full-time position that is highly respected within our company. Without it, our other team members are stretched too thin and our service suffers. We are searching for someone reliable and amazing to join our team. Ideally, this position would be an apprentice position to the Service Advisor, assuming the candidate would suit the Service Advisor role. They would be responsible for:
– over-seeing the customer’s vehicle from our complimentary pick up and delivery service
– performing complimentary vehicle cleaning,
– assisting with prepping vehicle for the technicians/advisors,
– inventory control,
– tire storage and organization,
– facility/parking lot cleanliness,
– various errands, etc.
The candidate would be held accountable for all the duties, responsibilities and skills as per the job description, which would be provided to them. Continually building and maintaining professional relationships with our customers is a key focus in this position.
The position offers a fast paced and physical experience – the candidate would rarely experience boredom. Being respectful and following company policies is a must. We have a positive company culture, it is important that whom-ever is on-boarded, would contribute to this.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 42 per week
