Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate must have experience in the automotive trade, possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties
- Supervise front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
- Answering phones
- Making out invoices
- Ordering parts
- Organizing clients appointments

Experience
- Must have proven knowledge and experience in automotive.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Mitchell1 is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
