Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate must have experience in the automotive trade, possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of administrative and clerical tasks.

Duties

  • Supervise front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
  • Answering phones
  • Making out invoices
  • Ordering parts
  • Organizing clients appointments
  • bookkeeping

Experience

  • Must have proven knowledge and experience in automotive.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and Mitchell1 is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
