Full job description
We are looking an experiencedService Advisorto join our Truro Toyota team.
The successful candidate must be organized, efficient and have at least 2-3 years experience. We offer competitive compensation and this role offers potential advancement opportunities leading to a management role.
Role Responsibilities:
Welcome customers warmly and establish trust as the friendly face of our service department.
Actively listen and show empathy towards customers’ needs, concerns, and goals, while accurately documenting them
Foster transparent and proactive communication with technicians to identify and diagnose vehicle issues
Provide clear and detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance to customers, focusing on safety and customer value
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles, ensuring timely and regular updates
Create a culture of hospitality that guarantees customer satisfaction and retention, making our dealership a reliable partner for their automotive needs.

Scheduled hours are between Monday to Friday –no weekends.

Here’s what we need from you:
Valid Driver’s License and a clean Driver Abstract
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work on your own or with a team
Strong communication skills and ability to accurately document repair steps
