Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking an Automotive Business Support Manager for a mobile field role across Ontario. This position serves as the link between Associate Dealers and the corporation, supporting the execution of Canadian Tire’s True North Strategy and Operational Excellence Program.
What You Will Do Maintain an ethical and collaborative relationship between the Dealers and Corporation
Champion the execution of Canadian Tire’s True North Strategy, prioritizing Customers at the Core
Facilitate the Automotive OE (Operational Excellence Program) in stores, providing coaching and training of best practices
Partner directly with Associate Dealers to help balance the Dealers’ automotive business plan with the retail plan and Corporate priorities
Maintain a general understanding of the market, demographics, and competitive landscape
Ensure aligned Corporate objectives are understood through written, verbal, in-person communications and regional automotive service meetings
Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions to develop and promote co-op training programs, supporting technician development and EV service requirements
Proactively seek opportunities for personal and professional development
Provide responsive assistance to Dealers for operational requests leveraging virtual online booking tools and resources
Compensation Hiring range is between $79,000 and $131,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and market factors.
