Cameron Lappin of Lock Search Group has been engaged to find a technical ‘controls & automation’ sales professional with an electrical background to cover the Province of British Columbia. In this strategic role your primary responsibility is to manage, support, and grow revenue and market share, by working closely with both internal sales and branch stakeholders, as well strategically with key supplier/channel partners.

The Automation & Control Sales Specialist will collaborate with

cross-functional teams

to design and develop automation solutions utilizing selected automation products, encompassing control system architectures, PLC programming, HMIs, and SCADA systems, while integrating

diverse

automation components. Install, configure, and maintain Automation software, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Identify and resolve

technical challenges

in automation systems, conduct thorough root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to optimize performance.

Engage with stakeholders to understand automation needs, provide support, and ensure successful project implementation with both internal teams and external partners.
