Position Summary
As the Dispatcher/Shipper/Receiver, the individual will be required to check, pick, receive, ship, stock and organize automotive parts and effectively dispatch delivery drivers. They will help maintain the inventory and cleanliness of the store and efficiently deliver parts, being mindful of customer requests. They will be required to answer internal and external telephone calls and complete necessary paperwork in an accurate manner.
Effective use of resources, such as the company database and parts catalogue, will be required.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the drivers for effective dispatching of vehicles
Support all store warehouse duties (picking orders, receiving, inventory control, shipping, stocking, and organizing)
Efficiently and safely load auto parts onto delivery vehicles
Efficiently deliver parts, being mindful of customer requests
Help control inventory and ensure product availability
Complete necessary paperwork in an accurate manner
Collaborate with the main warehouse to resolve stock-related concerns
Maintain a clean and organized store by keeping racking, shelves, pallet area, workstations, and shared spaces neat (organize products, sweep, dust, sanitize, and mop)
When required, answer inbound calls and ensure all calls are answered in a professional manner
Other reasonable duties as assigned by the management team
Key Requirements
Driver dispatching and coordination experience required
G Driver’s License and a clean 3-year abstract required
Shipping and receiving experience preferred
Knowledge or experience with aftermarket automotive parts preferred
Familiarity and knowledge of the local Simcoe area is preferred
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic math skills and ability to sort alphanumerically
Basic computer skills (e.g. ability to use Outlook, online database, and web-based training)
