Job Title: Auto Glass Installer
Pay: $1,200–$2,000 per week

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Auto Glass Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of prior auto glass installation experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy materials throughout the workday.
Responsibilities
- Remove and install automotive glass, including windshields, door glass, back glass, and quarter glass
- Calibrate and test glass installations to ensure proper fit and safety standards
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during appointments
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
- Travel to customer locations as needed using personal truck
- Follow all company safety procedures and installation guidelines
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of prior auto glass installation experience required
- Must own a truck and have reliable transportation
- Ability to continuously lift 50–100 lbs throughout the workday
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly pay ranging from $1,200–$2,000 based on experience and productivity
