Sparkle & Shine Auto Spa is looking for a passionate and motivated Auto Detailer / Paint Correction Technician to join our growing team.

Paint Protection Film (PPF)
Ceramic Coatings
Window Tint
High-end detailing & paint correction

Responsibilities
Exterior & interior detailing
Paint decontamination
Clay bar treatments
Paint correction & polishing
Ceramic coating application
Wheel & tire detailing
Maintaining shop cleanliness
Working efficiently in a team environment
Preferred Experience
Experience with RUPES polishing systems
Understanding of paint correction processes
Knowledge of proper wash techniques
Ceramic coating installation experience preferred
High attention to detail
Pay
$18–$30+ per hour
Based on experience & skill level.
Performance incentives available.
