- Mon–Thurs: 8:00am–5:30pm
- Friday: 8:00am–12:00pm

What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Auto Body / Collision Technician
- High producer who manages their time well
- Experience with waterborne paint systems (required)
- Self-starter — doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and professional conduct
Your Responsibilities
- Perform complete collision repair from teardown to final delivery
- Structural and non-structural body repairs and panel replacement
- Prep, prime, block, and refinish vehicles
- Spray waterborne paint systems with quality and consistency
- Perform color matching and blending
- Reassemble vehicles to OEM standards
- Maintain repair quality to ensure no rechecks
- (Bonus) Perform or assist with ADAS calibrations
- Complete damage inspections on every vehicle
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace (shop, tools, paint areas)
- Follow proper repair procedures — Fixed Right the First Time
- Support your team and contribute to a strong shop culture

Pay: $41,600.00 – $130,000.00 per year
