Core Functions of the AT&T Sales Agent
- Handle account setups with care, ensuring every detail is right so customers are confident and excited about their new AT&T services
- Build connections with customers to understand their connectivity needs and introduce AT&T wireless and internet solutions that fit their lives
- Walk customers through choosing the right plans and devices, making the sales process feel like a conversation with a trusted advisor rather than a transaction
- Stay in touch with your accounts long after the sale, checking in to ensure satisfaction and spotting opportunities to help them grow with AT&T
Education & Experience Needed for the AT&T Sales Agent
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in sales or account support is a plus but not required since it is entry level
- A practical understanding of mobile technology and home connectivity
- Ability to manage account relationships while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction

Pay: $4,272.95 – $5,145.92 per month
