Our team is currently hiring an Entry-Level AT&T Retail Representative in the Knoxville area. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working directly with customers, building relationships, and helping people find products and services that fit their needs.
In this role, you will represent AT&T inside retail environments, assisting customers with wireless plans, internet services, device upgrades, and promotional offerings. No previous experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship.

Entry-Level AT&T Retail Representative Responsibilities
- Speak with customers inside retail locations about AT&T products and services
- Assist customers with new account setups, upgrades, and service options
- Build positive customer relationships through face-to-face interaction
- Complete sales transactions and finalize customer enrollments
- Maintain product knowledge on current AT&T promotions and offerings
- Work with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Entry-Level AT&T Retail Representative Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Ability to work well with customers in a retail environment
- Reliable transportation
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
