Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Service Representative:

  • Drive AT&T’s residential growth strategy by delivering on‑site consultations that balance fiber internet tiers with flagship mobile devices.
  • Identify customer needs and close sales with tailored wireless solutions that align with family priorities and eliminate performance issues.
  • Reinforce customer trust by presenting AT&T’s promotions, ensuring both new and existing clients receive equal value on devices and fiber upgrades
  • Ensure accuracy in activations and account documentation through AT&T’s advanced sales systems, supporting quota achievement and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify competitor shifts and neighborhood connectivity gaps, providing actionable insights to strengthen AT&T’s sales approach.
  • Demonstrate AT&T’s latest technologies, including eSIM activation, ActiveArmor security, and fiber‑mobile integration for modern households

Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Customer Service Representative:

  • Experience in retail or customer‑facing sales environments, consistently meeting performance goals and supporting team accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain AT&T’s fiber internet reliability, 5G+ mobile coverage, and eSIM activation in ways that resonate with household priorities.
  • Skilled at maintaining territory records and enrollment accuracy, ensuring compliance while supporting sales growth.
  • Market‑aware communicator who adapts to local connectivity trends, reinforcing AT&T’s reputation for dependable residential service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,500.00 – $5,000.00 per month
