Inside our stores, the AT&T Customer Representative explains features in clear terms and assists with account updates that keep customers coming back.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Representative
- Greet customers in store and learn about their mobile priorities, recommending AT&T phones and data plans that match their usage patterns and support enrollment goals.
- Break down device features into relatable benefits that resonate with customers’ lifestyles, helping them see value and drive enrollments.
- Assist customers with account updates in store, aligning their plan with their usage and budget in a way that supports long‑term relationships.
- Provide clear, side‑by‑side comparisons of phones and data plans, empowering customers to make confident choices that contribute to overall enrollment success.
- Deliver dependable service that encourages repeat visits, building a loyal customer base that fuels ongoing enrollment growth.
- Maintain a welcoming store atmosphere that highlights AT&T’s strongest wireless solutions and naturally supports daily enrollment activity.
Qualifications of the AT&T Customer Representative
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of promotions, bundles, and installation processes is preferred but not mandatory.
