We are looking for an Associate Creative Director with a strong art direction background to lead visual concepting, guide design teams, and elevate the craft across all creative output. You will shape the look and feel of campaigns, ensure visual consistency, and bring bold, thoughtful design solutions to every project.
Responsibilities:
- Lead visual concept development across digital, social, video, print, and experiential work
- Oversee art direction, layout, typography, and overall design quality
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, strategists, and producers to bring ideas to life
- Present visual concepts and creative rationale to internal teams and clients
- Manage projects from early concept through final production
- Mentor junior designers and art directors, providing clear and constructive feedback
- Stay current on design trends, cultural shifts, and emerging creative tools
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of design or art direction experience in an agency or creative environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, design craft, and integrated campaign work
- Expert understanding of layout, composition, color, and typography
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strong communication and presentation skills
