Established solo practitioner seeks an Associate Attorney to join a busy and diverse law practice. The firm handles a broad range of matters, including personal injury, workers’ compensation, real estate transactions, municipal court matters, wills and estates, and business acquisitions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who values hands-on experience across multiple practice areas and is interested in long-term professional growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a sense of urgency in client matters, and a commitment to courtesy, professionalism, and client service.
Responsibilities include:
Managing a varied caseload across multiple practice areas
Communicating effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Handling matters from intake through resolution with appropriate supervision
Assisting with ongoing client relationships and firm development
Qualifications:
Admitted to practice in New Jersey
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Experience in one or more of the firm’s practice areas is preferred, but not required

Compensation:

Pay: $85,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
