* How You’ll Contribute
* Assistant Managers are responsible for maintaining all aspects of day to day
store operations
including
achieving sales goals
, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and overall
team leadership
. Assistant Managers also oversee business operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
* Drive business results through coaching and encouraging customer focused sales associates and leaders

* Execute all
merchandising

* Who You Are
* * Experienced retail supervisor who is able to motivate, train and coach others to success
* Holds strong retail and business acumen
* Has excellent sales skills and is committed to ensuring amazing customer experiences

* Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
* Has flexible availability;
Assistant Managers work a combination of daytime, evening and weekend shifts
