Introduction
As an Assistant Store Manager of our flagshipstore in Brussels Avenue Louise, you are the right hand of the Store Manager and a fully valued member of the team. Your exceptional ability to inspire and motivate colleagues will be key in unlocking their full potential. Your passion for sales, coupled with a deep understanding of the Bellerose DNA, will undoubtedly contribute to the continued success and unique identity of our brand.
Tasks
- You provide premium customer service and ensure sustainable customer loyalty.
- Track the progress of weekly & monthly objectives
- Managing the overall workflow of the store
- Contribute to good stock management
- Review staff performance and offer constructive feedback
- Collaborate with the store manager on setting and achieving team-specific
Profile
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in store management
- Ability to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Team-oriented with excellent leadership skills
- Strong organizational, time-management, and decision-making skills
- Experience in retail is a must
- Hands-on mentality
- You are not afraid of weekend work
