Canadian Mattress is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to help lead our sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the mattress industry, and a passion for driving revenue growth. Position Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:Manage and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

Strategic Planning:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.

Product Knowledge:Stay informed about our mattress products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and provide expert guidance to the sales team.

Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.

Sales Training:Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

Performance Analysis:Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results.

Market Research:Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.

Required Skills:

Sales Leadership:Proven experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.

Industry Knowledge:Solid understanding of the mattress industry and familiarity with the features and benefits of various mattress products. (Preferred but willing to train the right candidate)

Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey product information and build rapport with customers. Multilingual an asset.

Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess sales data and make informed decisions.

Customer Focus:A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Team Collaboration:Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and departments.

Location:This position is based at our headquarters in Calgary, Alberta.

Working Hours:Standard business hours with flexibility as needed.
