Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and elevate the customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for sales, coaching, and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in leading, mentoring, and developing Sales Consultants
- Assist in driving sales performance and achieve monthly/annual targets
- Assist in the full sales process, from lead generation to closing
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and performance reports
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the buying experience
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions and campaigns
- Maintain strong knowledge of RV products, features, and industry trends
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Oversee inventory management in partnership with leadership
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales experience (RV, automotive, or similar industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Highly organized with strong analytical abilities
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
- Valid driver’s license required
