Assistant Produce Manager – Full Time
Location: Five Points Super Saver – Grand Island, NE
Super Saver is seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Produce Manager to help lead our produce department. If you’re passionate about fresh, high-quality products and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting, this is a great opportunity to grow into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Produce Manager with daily operations and associate supervision
- Ensure produce displays are fresh, fully stocked, and visually appealing
- Monitor inventory, rotate stock, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Train and assist team members to deliver excellent service
- Safely operate equipment and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Qualifications
- Daytime availability, including mornings and afternoons
- Strong communication and leadership potential
- Prior produce or grocery experience preferred
- Must be 18 years or older with a reliable, positive attitude
