Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage daily plant operations, including budgets, production schedules, and inventory management
✅ Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace for all employees
✅ Analyze production costs and processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement
✅ Drive accountability and adherence to workplace policies, safety standards, and operational best practices
✅ Develop strategies to maximize resources and achieve operational performance goals

What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related technical field)
📈 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations leadership or technical project leadership
👥 Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
⚙️ Proven success in process improvement and production management
