Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at the Cookstown Tanger Outlet located in Innisfil, ON. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the store's daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and driving the achievement of sales objectives. The role also entails managing and coaching staff, fostering teamwork, and maintaining a positive and inclusive store environment. The Assistant Manager will report directly to the Store Manager and act as a role model for team members.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service with a focus on delivering engaging shopping experiences
- Strong People Management and Communication skills to effectively oversee and motivate team members
- Experience in Inventory Management, ensuring proper stock levels and merchandising
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle dynamic retail environments
- Proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
- Previous experience in retail or management roles is an asset
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the business
- A commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and energetic team culture
