Requirements:
· 8-12 months experience working at Freshslice Pizza as a Shift Runner or Assistant Manager.
· Work under pressure during lunch & dinner rush making pizzas and order management and processing.
· Full commitment to Freshslice quality, standards and guidelines.
· Strong management and organizational skills
· Solid work ethic and accountability.
· Strong drive to lead and take ownership of store operations.
· Work full-time, 40 hours a week with full schedule flexibility to work all shifts.
· Very positive can-do attitude with a growth mindset
· Interpersonal and communication skills to deal with customers and team members.
· Solid recommendation and reference from Freshslice management.
Responsibilities:
· Ownership and accountability of overall Freshslice store operation
· Lead by example in providing excellent guest journey and customer experience.
· Adhering to and executing Freshslice standard operating procedures and guidelines.
· Training, development, supervision and periodic evaluation of team members. Provide leadership and motivation to team members to achieve SMART goals.
· Develop, adjust and monitor marketing and promotional campaigns of the store in the local area and community to drive sales to meet and exceed targets set by head office. Maintain and increase overall sales.
· Managing cost of labour, food, paper and chemicals in adherence to Freshslice guidelines.
· Efficient handling, reporting and resolution of store issues relating to scheduling, staffing, PLEs, customer service, store equipment and daily operations using DAPP.
· Managing inventorying including ordering, stocking and adhering to FIFO guidelines.
· Prioritize the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including dining areas, restroom, and food preparation areas.
· Follow all food safety procedures and guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and staff
