Full job description
We are looking for an individual who wants to work in a fast-paced environment. Some of your roles and responsibilities will be
to train the employees, ensure the flawless workflow throughout the day and to help the store to achieve and exceed its goals
creating a positive workplace by providing feedback and encouraging dialogue and communication amongst team members.
Maintain high levels of quality control, hygiene, health and safety; uphold professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms and appearance standards. Candidates must have exceptional customer service skills and be able to work in a fast paced setting.
You will be working closely with the manager to prepare schedules and to ensure daily tasks are completed.
Previous coffee and food handling experience is an asset. Management experience IS A MUST. Please note that the hours of operation for our Mount Sinai are as follows: Monday to Friday – 5am to 7:30pm Saturday and Sunday – 8am to 3pm 365 days a year and willing to work on some weekends and holidays.
