Summary
As a Shift Manager, you will oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery in our restaurant. Reporting to the General Manager, your core responsibilities will include supervising staff, managing food service, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Your expertise in POS systems and team management will be essential in training new employees and optimizing workflow. With additional skills in food preparation and kitchen experience, you will contribute to a seamless dining experience for our guests. Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising and managing restaurant teams
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on food service
- Proficiency in POS systems, particularly Micros POS
- Experience in food handling and preparation, including cooking
- Background in interviewing and training staff
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and restaurant management
