Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
– Assist the Manager in overseeing daily store operations
– Communicate effectively with staff and customers
– Implement sales strategies to achieve targets
– Manage pricing and budgets effectively
– Support in retail management activities
– Handle administrative tasks efficiently
– Participate in buying and negotiating processes
– Supervise cash handling procedures
– Contribute to training and development of team members

Experience:
– Proven experience in sales management
– Strong budgeting skills
– Retail management background preferred
– Administrative proficiency
– Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
– Experience in negotiating prices and contracts
– Cash handling experience is a plus
– Prior involvement in training and development programs
