We are now hiring anAssistant General Managerat our10th Ave locationinCalgary, Alberta.Our quickly growing company has plenty of opportunity for anyone looking for training, development and a career in restaurants and hospitality. This role will be responsible for leading our team members in a high-volume location and driving profitability.

What You’ll Do:
As key player within CRAFT, you will support our mission to make our team, our community, and our world, a better place one beer, one meal, one experience at a time. Being a part of this mission will include:
Responsible for day-to-day operations, such as employee scheduling and labour forecasting
Work closely with the team to achieve quality-driven goals
provide leadership for innovation, creativity, and unique approaches to business development opportunities and operations issues
Hire, train, lead and develop an engaging team- taking initiative to help your team grow within the organization
Demonstrate genuine hospitality at every opportunity and adhere to the brand standards of CRAFT
Follow and implement process and procedures
What You’ve Done:
Restaurant Management: 2-3 years’ experience

Salary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
