Assistant Branch Manager
City Tire & Auto (Clarenville) is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join its customer focused and safety-oriented team.
Work Expectation
- Handle the efficient, safe and innovative operation of providing customer service.
- You must familiar with the Clarenville area.
- You must be willing to fully engage with the business and residential community.
- You will oversee the Automotive Service Centre and effective operation of Tire Service.
- Review work orders and discuss work with technicians and/or customers.
- Able to work independently with little supervision.
- Attention to detail.
- Good computer skills.
- Good communication skills both verbal & written.
- Hours of Operation is 8:00AM to 5:00PM – Monday through Friday.
- Permanent position.
The Ideal Candidate
- A skilled leader who works well within a team environment.
- Two or more years’ experience in a busy automotive or tire environment.
- Tire experience with Medium Truck or larger would be a definite asset.
- Must be able and willing to take assignments as directed from management team.
- A valid driver’s license is non-negotiable. Applicant must provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation: $46570 – $48898 per year depending on qualifications.
- 5 Paid Sick-Days, 10 Paid Vacation-Days (starting), 6 Paid Statutory Holidays, and 6 Other Paid Holidays.
