Postiion: English/Japanese Bilingual Property Operations / Asset Manager
A growing real estate investment and property management company is seeking a English/Japanese bilingual professional to support residential property operations, investor relations, and renovation coordination across U.S. residential assets.
This role will focus on overseeing third-party property management companies, supporting tenant and maintenance operations, coordinating renovation projects, reviewing operational and financial reports, and communicating with Japanese stakeholders and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with property management companies regarding tenant issues, maintenance, leasing, and operations
- Review property and financial reports and provide operational updates
- Support renovation and capital improvement projects including scheduling and budget tracking
- Assist with investor communication and cross-border reporting
- Coordinate banking, insurance, and operational documentation
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in property management, asset management, or residential real estate operations
- Experience overseeing renovations and property operations
- Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
