Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: up to $100,000 plus overtime if available
- Once in the role, successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress through the range and beyond the hiring range through annual increases

Key Job Elements
- Plan, schedule, assign and prioritize tasks/assignments to achieve the performance of all work and contract requirements
- Monitor assigned work activities to ensure implementation dates are met
- Provide accurate daily/weekly/monthly status updates on all work activities within the team
- Manage key cost elements such as overtime, departmental expenses, HPU’s, MPS
- Lead WSA team meetings and actively identify and implement process improvements
- Use effective coaching techniques to train and develop leadership and technical capabilities of the team
- Ensure compliance of Unifor Contract requirements
- Maintain compliance with GDLS policies, Trade Compliance (ITAR), ISO procedures, Security and Safety regulations, and Industrial Training requirements
- Maintain favorable working relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to work on a swing shift schedule (three shifts)
Required Qualifications
- College diploma in a related field
- Goal oriented and able to work under demanding conditions
- Demonstrated communication, organizational, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Unifor/Union manufacturing environment
- Previous supervisory experience
