Requirements:
The Assembly Operator must have at a minimum the following attributes:
An ability to comprehend and comfortably utilize a scale with a total understanding of fractions and simple mathematics.
An ability to understand written instructions and be able to follow step-by-step procedures without deviation.
To be physically able to pick up a maximum weight of 30 lbs. from floor level and carry it a minimum of 30 feet.
Will be required to do repetitive motion while standing in one place for up to 3 hours at a time.
An inherent pride in performing a job to the best of their abilities and a willingness to perform as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
The Assembly Operator will be responsible for fulfilling the following tasks when required:
To be responsible for completing an assigned process as instructed and trained.
To obey all safety rules and practices at all times while performing their job duties.
To report any situations or practices that may appear to be unsafe to their immediate supervisor.
To make every effort to ensure the products are packaged and handled with the highest concern and attention to quality and detail.
To be aware of and follow all environmental practices that are in place while performing their job duties.
Perform other tasks and assignments as needed and specified by Management.
