Job Description
What is the opportunity?
We are looking for an Intermediate Art Director to join the Creative Team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing & executing insightful ideas, advertising, and communications alongside a Copywriting partner. This would include mediums like paid social, digital, and 360 brand campaigns. You must also have a strong sense of visual design and be able to create brand identities, marketing collateral, and websites.
What will you do?
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns, advertising, branding, paid social, digital, emails, websites, OOH, video (OLV & TV), and more
- Create brand identity systems, including logos, colour palettes, typography, photography, iconography, etc
- Collaborate with Copywriters & Production Designers to execute campaigns and digital solutions
- Crafting presentation decks through a storytelling lens
- Effectively rationalize and communicate ideas and designs to key stakeholders and senior business leaders
Must haves
- 3+ years of experience at a creative agency
- A portfolio that demonstrates your conceptual thinking, craft, and design skills
- An understanding of current AI tools like Gemini Pro (Veo, Nano Banana), Sora, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc
- Experience with both pre-production and post-production processes
- Ability to think big picture strategy and create quality work that answers the brief
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast paced environment
- An expert with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Nice to haves
- Experience in video editing and motion design
- Experience working on brands in heavily regulated industries (finance, pharma, healthcare)
