Position Overview
We are seeking an Intermediate Architectural Technologist with strong Revit proficiency to join our team.
The successful candidate will assist with the preparation of design and construction drawings, support project coordination, and contribute to the development of internal standards and templates as the firm continues to grow.
Local experience is an asset but strong Revit skills and technical ability are the primary priority.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop architectural drawings and models using Revit
- Produce permit and construction document sets
- Assist with AutoCAD drawings where required
- Support project coordination with consultants and internal team members
- Help maintain and develop Revit templates, families, and office standards
- Participate in project documentation from early design through building permit
- Assist with revisions and drawing updates during project development
- Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Strong proficiency in Revit (required)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Understanding of BC Building Code and local municipal processes is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills
- Work Arrangement
- On-site work in Surrey is preferred
- Hybrid flexibility may be available depending on experience and level of independence
