Role Description
This is a contract and remote role for an Architectural Facade Drafter on a project by project basis. Key responsibilities include creating detailed architectural and construction shop drawings, preparing facade layouts based on field measurements, and contributing to shop drawing production. The drafter will work closely with project teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Facades and Shop Drawings
- Strong skills in Drawing and interpreting technical designs
- Familiarity with building envelope and facade systems is an must. (ACM, Phenolic, Glazing, Standing Seam Roofing, Cladding, etc.)
- Proficiency with drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools)
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work in a remote setting
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Successful Applicant will be required to quote projects and submit invoices for payment.
