Duties
- Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal using proper techniques to promote healthy growth and safety
- Operate bucket trucks and other aerial lift equipment safely for elevated work tasks
- Use rigging skills to safely lower large branches or trees during removals or pruning projects
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks, including lawn care, planting, mulching, and general landscaping duties
- Assist with growing experience by identifying tree species, diagnosing issues, and recommending care strategies
- Support land management projects by adhering to safety standards and environmental regulations
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and a "safety-first" mentality
- CDL highly preferred, but not required
Experience
- Prior experience in tree care or landscape maintenance is preferred, not required
- Knowledge of horticulture principles related to tree health and growth management
- Hands-on experience with rigging techniques for safe tree work operations
- Familiarity with operating bucket trucks and bucket lifts for elevated tasks
- Demonstrated ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Growing enthusiasm for arboriculture, landscaping, or related fields with a desire to expand technical skills

Pay: $18.00 – $35.00 per hour
