Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated AR / AP Specialist to join their dynamic team. As an AR / AP Specialist, you will be an integral part of the finance department supporting client relations and internal accounting processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: AR / AP Specialist
Location: Delta, BC (on-site)
Pay Range: $26-31/hr
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What’s the Job?
- Manage accounts receivable activities, focusing on collections, especially for Quebec accounts
- Support accounts payable processing as needed to ensure timely payments
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve account discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and account statuses
- Collaborate with multiple branches and stakeholders to streamline financial processes
What’s Needed?
- Bilingual fluency in French and English
- 1-2 years of accounting experience, with exposure to AR and AP preferred
- Some formal or practical accounting background
- Comfortable making outbound collection calls and managing client relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident personality
