Appraiser/Estimator Jobs in Waltham, MA at Minuteman Collision
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator/Blueprinter to develop accurate, complete repair plans that support efficient shop production. This role focuses on damage analysis, documentation, and collaboration with technicians to ensure every repair starts with a solid blueprint.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform detailed teardown analysis and document all structural, mechanical, and cosmetic damage
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections to identify all visible and hidden damage.
- Perform pre-scans to document any existing fault codes before any repairs begin
- Build accurate repair plans and estimates using CCC One
- Capture photos, notes, and supporting documentation for all repairs
- Coordinate with technicians to validate repair methods and identify supplemental damage
- Create accurate parts lists and work closely with the Parts team
- Communicate with Customer Experience Estimator regarding supplements, documentation, and repair requirements
- Ensure all repair plans follow OEM repair procedures and shop standards
What You Bring:
- Experience in collision repair estimating/blueprinting
- Strong knowledge of repair processes and OEM methods
- MA State Appraiser License
- Proficiency with CCC One and digital documentation
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
