Appliance Repair Technician Jobs in Gray, ME at Appliance Repair Center of Maine
Appliance Repair Center of Maine needs service technicians for Maine and New Hampshire Areas. We are the factory certified service provider and exclusively work on Samsung, GE, LG, Whirlpool, Midea and Hisense products. Products repaired include Washers, Gas/Electric Dryers, Gas/Electric Stoves, Microwave Ovens, Dishwashers, Refrigerators/Freezers, and other home appliances.
- Earn between $22-$28 per hour based on Experience
- Provide timely and quality repairs for customers while maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet customer time commitments.
- Meet key performance metrics and/or productivity goals as defined by the business.
- Provide repair cost estimates, and recommend whether appliance repair or replacement is a better choice.
- Continuously look for methods to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Ability and desire to take ownership of a customer’s dilemma and work with them to a successful resolution.
- 1-2 years of appliance repair experience preferred.
