Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right appliances and electronics for their needs.
Build rapport with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
Stay up to date with product features, benefits, and specifications to provide accurate information.
Demonstrate products effectively to highlight key features and usability.
Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to finalizing purchases.
Offer tailored recommendations and upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.
Ensure customers receive a positive and memorable shopping experience.
Handle questions, concerns, or objections professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers with order processing, delivery scheduling, and payment transactions.
Verify customer orders to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Work closely with colleagues to achieve store and department sales goals.
Maintain clean and visually appealing displays for appliances and electronics.
Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management.
Offer troubleshooting advice for product-related questions or issues.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, including Value Added Products and Services (VAPS) and product protection.
Adhere to store policies, including safety guidelines and ethical sales practices.
Ensure compliance with warranty and return policies when assisting customers.
Performing various other duties, as assigned
