Maintenance Technician for 100+ Unit Apartment Complex – Full Time
(North Metro/New Brighton/Mounds View)

Responsibilities:
➢Apartment work orders, repairs and preventative maintenance
➢ Apartment turns as needed.
➢ General painting and touchup as needed.
➢ Be available for after hour emergencies.
➢ Pool and Boilers maintenance along with outdoor upkeep.
Qualifications:
➢ Proven maintenance related experience.
➢ General wall repairs and painting.
➢ Basic knowledge of plumbing.
➢ Boiler and Pool maintenance knowledge a plus.
➢ Basic knowledge of electrical.
➢ Must have clean criminal and driving record
➢ Must be reliable, trustworthy and positive
