What You’ll Do
- Complete work orders and respond to maintenance requests
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
- Prepare units (paint, clean, repair)
- Maintain common areas and grounds
- Participate in on-call rotation
What You Bring
Preferred:
- Maintenance or trade experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid MN driver’s license
- Boiler license (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Able to work independently and with a team
Work Environment
- Active, hands-on role (indoors + outdoors)
- Requires lifting, climbing, and physical movement
